All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started you can no longer cancel it.

We have a 28-day return policy that relies on the product being in deadstock condition. If the product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the issue.
To return the product contact us first with the problem so we can help you. Then place the item back into the box and post it back to us with the correct address! Once we have received it you can make the decision of either a refund or make a swap on another item that you like in our store.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Very cool shelf(?), I ordered it after seeing one in person and I knew I had to have one. It took a little while to get here to the states (almost a month) as I was the first to order this according to support and the item ships from China so I think it was freight. The statue itself is surprisingly light, I believe it’s made from blow molded plastic (maybe PVC?) as it’s too light to be solid (and it sounds kind of hollow when tapped), the rod it stands on is of course acrylic. The statue is pretty good quality and it was packed in more than a cubic foot of foam to keep it safe in transit, my only complaint is the rod sits a little loose on both sides (probably for easy disassembly) and the eyes are stickers which are peeling a bit so I’ll need to fix that. Overall if you’re a massive Kirby fan or you happen to catch it on discount it’s a worthwhile buy!
