Who sends your order

All orders are packed and sent by Japan Nakama.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your order. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Delivery costs

Delivery is charged per product. The exact cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, and you will see an estimated arrival date alongside it before you pay.

Where we deliver

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. We email your tracking number and link when the parcel is dispatched.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. Japan Nakama is not responsible for these charges and cannot calculate them in advance.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the delivery address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, the cost of return postage and any redelivery is payable by the customer.
