Postage Costs

All our products are fulfilled by our partners/sellers. Please refer to the shipping policy tab for a specific product to see the associated postage costs on the individual product pages. Postage costs may vary depending on the destination (UK, USA, or EU). Please note that if you purchase products from multiple partners/vendors then these will be combined during checkout.

 

Delivery Methods

Orders are sent via multiple shipping companies that consist of Evri, Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, and more. This is based on the product, the courier that the partner/vendor chooses, and the destination country. More details are available under the shipping tab on a specific product.

 

Delivery Schedule

We ask all our partners/sellers to aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 full working days from the date the order was placed. Delivery times depend on the location of the delivery address and the delivery method chosen. Please allow additional time for deliveries to the USA and the EU.

 

International Orders

The majority of our partners/sellers deliver internationally. Please refer to the shipping policy for individual products for specifics. We currently ship to the UK, USA, and the EU. In the future, we will list which products/vendors provide international shipping below.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

You can also refer to the estimated shipment time to your door. Once you have input your address (street, city, country address) – the shipment time will update automatically. Please note that estimated delivery times may vary for the UK, USA, and EU.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries to the USA and the EU, the customer is responsible for any potential import fees levied by their country’s border control. Japan Nakama is not responsible for any additional charges on your order, including customs and import taxes.

 

Delivery Delays

Please note, due to Brexit (UK customs), general logistics service issues, and potential delays due to USA and EU customs, our deliveries can take longer than usual. Our partners/sellers are working hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

 

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if you were not available to receive the delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as any additional delivery cost.
