Your return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it to us.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition we are able to resell. Gift cards and personalised or made to order items cannot be returned.
Starting a return
Email info@japannakama.co.uk before sending anything back. We will confirm your return and give you the correct return address.
Who pays return postage
Return postage is payable by the customer. We cover it when an item arrives damaged or when we have sent the wrong item.
If your order included a delivery discount that no longer applies once the returned item is deducted, the refund is adjusted to reflect that.
Damaged or faulty items
Email us photographs of the damage along with your order number. We will sort out a replacement or a refund and cover the return postage.
Cancelling or changing an order
You can cancel or change an order before it is dispatched. Email info@japannakama.co.uk and we will sort it out for you.
When you get your money back
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
