Shipping Transit Time
UK - typically takes 7 – 12 business.
US - typically takes 10 – 16 business days.
EU - typically takes 10 – 16 business days. (Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Spain, Italy, France, Poland)
Rest of the world, shipping takes 10-25 business days according to country.
Longer delivery times might be expected due to some remaining COVID related restrictions at customs clearance and some airports.
Refund Policy
Cherry Picks, offer a 28-day return and exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange the unused item in its original condition if you inform us within 28 days of the delivery date.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
Return process
- After contacting us, we will provide you with the closest return address to you.
- After returning your item/s, our team will inspect the goods and proceed with an exchange or a refund.
- Item/s returned must be in their original condition with tags and labels attached (If applicable)

- Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after inspection.

I really like the Mirringu Mug because it is beautifully made. The mug has a shiny mirror finish, and the design on it is so different and unique.
