All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started you can no longer cancel it.

 

Return Policy

 

We have a 28-day return policy that relies on the product being in deadstock condition. If the product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the issue.

To return the product contact us first with the problem so we can help you. Then place the item back into the box and post it back to us with the correct address! Once we have received it you can make the decision of either a refund or make a swap on another item that you like in our store.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
