Products are shipped as soon as they are ready, usually within 1-2 working days. In case of a longer delay, we will contact you by email with an estimated shipment date. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to use on the forwarder's website for live tracking.
For international delivery, we primarily use **DHL** and **ePacket (Japan Post)**:
- **DHL Express:** Typically takes **2 to 5 days**.
- **ePacket:** Usually takes **9 to 20 days**.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, customs clearance, and package weight. Further delays are possible due to external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
While our forwarders ship to most countries, there may be cases where we are unable to deliver to your country. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Sales Within Japan
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Since the products are shipped from Kyoto and remain within Japan, no additional taxes apply.
Sales to European Union (EU), Switzerland, and Norway
VAT: We are registered in the **Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS)**, meaning we collect the VAT of your country at the time of purchase and remit it to the appropriate authorities.
Customs Duties: For shipments valued below **€150**, customs duties are usually **exempt**. For higher-value shipments, customs duties and additional fees may apply, which must be paid directly to the courier service upon delivery.

Sales to Other Countries

Damages & Packages Lost in Transit
If your order is **damaged** or **lost during transit**, please contact us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. A package is considered lost if there are **no tracking updates for 30 consecutive days**.
We will replace items **once the carrier confirms the claim**. Please note that **orders lost due to incorrect addresses, incomplete names, or invalid phone numbers are not eligible for replacements.**
