International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Ichiban Streetwear nor are they set by Ichiban Streetwear rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Return requests for orders received after 28 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 28 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return for exchange/refund/free replacement. Please see below for details on refunds/free replacement and exchanges.
ALL ON-SALE/PROMOTIONAL items are non-refundable/replaceable and non-exchangeable except for cases such as those stipulated under "Refunds/Free Replacement" (please see below).
Please note that the customer will have to bear the shipping cost of the return, unless otherwise mentioned, and is responsible for its successful delivery to us.
All returned products must be in their original condition, unused (except for the first try), unwashed and in their original packaging with any identification tags/labels still attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds/free replacements will ONLY be granted if the following conditions are fulfilled:
*Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; through misuse or not following the correct care instructions (found in the product page) will not be considered a defect.

Please make sure to read our item descriptions/sizing guides carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or your device's display.
Refunds will not be granted if:
We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
However, we will be able to process a one-time exchange for you, if you'd like to change the size or color of your order. Please see below for details on exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
For any change requests to your order such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information, please contact us within 12 hours upon order confirmation at [email protected].
Please note that any request received after the 12 hours period may no longer be accepted because we always try to process orders as soon as possible. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
All exchange requests must be made within 28 days of shipment receipt and are dependent on existing stock.

Any product returned due to an order refusal/unwillingness to pay for import taxes (for international orders) will be subjected to a Forced Refund with a fixed $10 USD Return To Sender (RTS) Fee and $5 USD/per item Restocking Fee applied. Such customers will be refunded the order subtotal, minus the RTS and Restocking Fees.
Any product returned due to a failed delivery/ failure to receive or collect from the postal service/facility will be reshipped at our own expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the reshipment will be processed.
If the customer refuses the reshipment, it will be deemed as an order refusal and be subjected to a Forced Refund with RTS and Restocking fees applied as mentioned above.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support email.
