Refund Policy
If you receive a defective product or the wrong size for your order, please reach
out through email so we can process the return & send you the correct product.
If you see that you received the wrong size shirt, please do not open the
package & just send [email protected] an email.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All sales are final, but if there is an issue or concern with a product, please contact us.
Due to COVID19 and the safety/concern for others, all sales are final once you take the shirt out of its clear bag.
We can process refunds/returns if:
1. You received the wrong size & the shirt's clear bag is unopened
or
2. If you received a shirt with a defect.
If you want to return an item for a size swap/refund, please reach out to [email protected].
Take note that you will have to pay for the return shipping and the shipping fee
of the replacement for size swap requests.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
