Refund Policy
Cherry Picks, offer a 28-day return and exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange the unused item in its original condition if you inform us within 28 days of the delivery date.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
Return process
- After contacting us, we will provide you with the closest return address to you.
- After returning your item/s, our team will inspect the goods and proceed with an exchange or a refund.
- Item/s returned must be in their original condition with tags and labels attached (If applicable)

- Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after inspection.
