A 12 year old Japanese blended whisky, produced by Chugoku Jozo for the Togouchi range, who age their whiskies in a tunnel. Flavours of green apples with lemon juice, oroblanco, spicy lime and buffalo. Pleasant vegetal notes in the background. Orchard with green apples and citrus fruits on the palate. Rather peaty with spicy notes of oak running through it.
