How long does the processing time take?
Orders take 1 to 3 business days depending on the size of the order.

Orders to the UK & EU take 5-10 days to deliver.
Orders to the USA, Canada, and Asia Australia take 5-10 days to deliver.

Where do we ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfilment centres in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
