Refund Policy
if you're not completely satisfied with your order at any time after purchasing from us, please contact us ASAP and we'll gladly exchange or refund you.
TokyoTime will always offer you a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process any refund due to you as soon as we can and, in any case, within 7 days of the day on which the goods have been collected from you or returned to us.
Refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card or PayPal account, depending on your card provider.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
UK law offers you 14 days to cancel your purchase from us, and then a further 14 days to have products collected and returned to us.
If you're returning the products, we do ask that the products are unused, in their original packaging and with any labels still attached.
