If like us, you’re a little bit obsessed with Japan, you’ll know that there’s no such thing as following too many Japan-focused Instagram accounts. With this in mind, we’ve gathered together 5 of our favourites. Give them a stalk and give them a follow!

1. hirozzzz

A freelance photographer based in Tokyo, Hiroaki Fukuda’s Instagram documents his experience of Japan, as well as other adventures across the globe. Hiro’s Instagram features photos of traditional surroundings, nature, urban landmarks, and unique private moments.

3. tokyofashion

Just like the Instagram name suggests, Tokyo Fashion covers all things related to Japanese street style fashion sub-cultures. Anyone who’s obsessed with Japan knows of the eccentric Harajuku style of fashion and this channel does not disappoint

4. tatsu.photography

An incredible photographer whose effective use of lighting creates a moodier, more edgy vision of Japan, it’d be a surprise if you weren’t booking flights immediately following a browse of his account. But then again to be fair all these IG accounts make you want to start your next Japan travel adventure.

5. visitjpn

In the official account of a Japanese language school, you’ll find everything from shots of busy cityscapes to tranquil moments in rural Japan. Not a bad account to follow if you’re looking to get inspired to keep practising your kanji when procrastinating on Instagram. Seeing @visitjpn on your Instagram feed will surely remind you!
