We're not a fast-fashion brand. All clothing is made to order to minimise waste and ensures we are operating as sustainably as we possibly can.

Standard UK Delivery: 2.99 GBP
USA Delivery: 14.95 GBP
EU Delivery: 9.45 GBP
Rest of World Delivery: 14.95 GBP
Customs & Import Tax
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order these charges vary from country to country.
We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file. If these local import and customs charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Good Trip Clothing or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order.
We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Good Trip Clothing. Disruptions Due to the weather conditions, some deliveries may be delayed, our deepest apologies.
Good Trip Clothing currently ships to 60 countries. For detailed information on delivery times and charges please refer to the delivery options available at the checkout. Please note that we might not be able to ship to all overseas territories and military bases and we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Due to the current situation, please note that we are unable to ship to the Crimean region.
Good Trip Clothing uses a variety of carriers and we will choose the most appropriate carrier depending on the weight, value, destination of your order and shipping method that was selected at the checkout. Standard orders may not always be sent via a tracked method and certain carriers may require a signature.
Our outbound packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. You won't ever find any plastic in our packaging. Open your package carefully; if you need to return an item you can use it again with our handy extra glue line. Please try and reuse your packaging, if not please recycle – if for whatever reason you can’t most of our packaging will biodegrade.
Refund Policy
We are more than happy to refund your goods on the criteria below;
We will happily refund any purchase if you are not 100% satisfied (although we very much doubt this will be the case!). Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and once we receive the goods we will gladly refund you the value of your purchase.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Returns
If you simply wish to receive a different size, you must also email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt of the goods.*
For any reason for return, the goods need to be complete and undamaged.
The details of how to complete your return will be given via email once you have contacted us.
If your item is faulty, in this instance we will be able to facilitate a free return for you regardless of your location.
So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible, please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.
*We hope you can understand that unfortunately, we're unable to offer exchanges or refunds across our custom collections. If you need to order the same design in a different size, we can do this at a discount for you. You'll just need to email us at [email protected] and we'll be more than happy to help!
